“Thank you for your interest in the GristMill Place. When you rent this place, you are responsible for a one of a kind $3M property with almost 200 years of history. We welcome people who can appreciate and respect the place. Before booking a stay, please read the house rules and make sure that you and your guests agree with them. The person who books is the person responsible for the group. If something is broken or lost, you will be charged for the repairs or replacement costs plus a 15% management fee.
If Covid restrictions/ rules/ regulations prevent you from travelling, then please don’t book our place. If your intent is to book in anticipation that Covid restrictions would be lifted, that’s fine. If Covid restrictions are still in place, 5 days before your stay, you can cancel your booking at no charge.
Must be at least 30 years old to reserved/ rent the entire place. Preference will be given to mature individuals/ groups with previous good Airbnb reviews. We want people to enjoy their time but we will not tolerate wild parties.
Outdoor shoes must be removed at entrance. Bring slippers or clean indoor shoes to get around inside the house. Be respectful and clean up after yourselves.
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises or allowed to use the water toys.
Special events will be considered for groups that rent the entire place, for anniversaries, small weddings, corporate retreats, etc. Such events must be organized with the hosts and property manager and may include additional fees.
Corporate events can also be booked with additional services such has catered meals. The hosts and property manager can help organize such services and may include additional fees.”
